The conference takes place at our beautiful new venue:  THE HEARTWOOD AT VASSAR IN POUGHKEEPSIE, 165 College Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY, 12603.

This is a hotel directly across from Vassar College. There is a parking lot at the hotel, but please note, the lot can get crowded on weekends and parking can be sparse. Additional free parking spots are located all along College Avenue and Raymond Avenue. We highly recommend car pooling if possible.

2026 September Conference

Save the date! Our fall conference will be held on September 19, 2026. This will be a full day conference with lunch. The details will get ironed out the closer we get to the registration date.

We have a new venue this year. It's the Heartwood at Vassar, 165 College Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. The Heartwood is a state -of-the-art facility.

Registration will be opened sometime in August. Check the website for updates.
